The plan price goes into your ad wallet. It is spent only when your ad reaches a new person (from ₹0.50 each), or when you accept a lead, at the price you set. Unused credit stays in your wallet, and you can ask for unused money back with a GST credit note.
No. Your ad shows only when the question matches your topic, and in your cities if you chose any. If someone names a brand, only that brand's ad shows.

Yes. A proforma invoice when you choose a plan, and a GST tax invoice once the payment arrives.
Yes. Choose another plan at any time from Wallet → Plans in your account. The new plan starts when it is paid, and adds 30 days.
