Privacy notice text for apps that use IndicAds

Add a section like this to your app's privacy notice, and a one-line notice near your chat box (for example: "Some answers include sponsored suggestions. Learn more").

Sponsored suggestions

Some answers in [APP NAME] include a sponsored suggestion, clearly labelled "Sponsored". To choose a relevant suggestion, the question you type is sent to our advertising partner IndicAds (operated by Binarius Systems Private Limited). Phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers and names are removed before the question is analysed, the question is not stored, and IndicAds does not build a profile of you or track you across apps.

If you choose to request a call back from an advertiser, the details you enter (such as your name and mobile number) are shared with that advertiser only after you tick the consent box, which names them. IndicAds deletes these details 30 days after your request. You can withdraw consent or ask for deletion by writing to [YOUR EMAIL] or to IndicAds' Grievance Officer at [grievance@indicads.in].
